The cleaning of the heat exchanger
After the long operation of the heat exchange equipment, due to the corrosion, erosion, scaling and coking of the media, the inside and outside of the tube have different degrees of scaling and even blockage. Therefore, thorough cleaning must be carried out during shut-down maintenance. The commonly used cleaning methods include wind sweeping, washing, scavenging, chemical cleaning and mechanical cleaning.
But the traditional way of cleaning such as mechanical method (shave, brush) and high pressure water, chemical cleaning (acid) a lot of problems in the equipment when cleaning, such as: cannot completely remove scale and other sediments, acid corrosion on equipment form loopholes, residual acid to secondary material corrosion or corrosion under the scale, eventually led to the replacement equipment, in addition, the cleaning liquid is toxic, need a lot of money for wastewater treatment. But with high efficiency, environmental protection, safety, non-corrosion, biodegradable environmental cleaning agent, not only good cleaning effect but no corrosion to the equipment, can guarantee the long-term use of condenser.
